The seeds of life design is inspired by sacred geometry symbol composed of five overlapping circles, four circles representing the four directions, and one grounding circle in the center.

The seeds piece is approximately the size of a nickel and the bracelet is adjustable between approx. 6.75in. (17cm) - 7.5in. (19cm) due to extra links with a lobster claw fastening.
