If we have your item available, your order will be shipped within 2 or 3 days. If your item is not in stock and is being smithed at the time you purchase, we will alert you by email and correspond with a delivery date.

Each package is insured and comes with delivery confirmation.

• Express Mail (1-3 days) – $35.00

INTERNATIONAL

We ship with the United States Postal Service or FedEx ships each package.

You can choose from the following:

• Priority Mail with No Tracking – $25.00
• Express Mail with Tracking – $45.00
• Fedex with Tracking – $75.00

EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS

If you need to exchange a purchase or require repair to an item you purchased from Joyia, please ship the item(s) to our mailing address and include $15.00 for return shipping. Please include instructions, email address, shipping information, and payment inside of your package.
